We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Have proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable item’s
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items returned after the 14-day return period.
- Products missing original packaging or accessories.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide store credit as applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Method
Smart Shop currently provides refunds in the form of Store Credit only. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website
Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
